ANTHEM by Ayn Rand

       The book Anthem, by Ayn Rand, takes place in a dystopian futuristic society, where the main character, Equality 7-2521, tries to live in a community that frowns upon originality. Anthem introduces the ideas of individuality , conformity and Equality’s hunger for freedom as the major themes of the novel.
